OPMX strives to ensure that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations. In the event that you need to return any merchandise, kindly use the provided form to contact us. Please note that returns can only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, and they must be authorized before being accepted. The final decision on returned goods will be made only after we receive them, which may take up to 3 business days from the date of receipt. Although product quality and physical damage are common reasons for accepting returns, they are not the only reasons. At OPMX’s discretion, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If a return is accepted, the customer will receive a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
OPMX Kratom holds the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on any returned items.
